9 purple home decor items that'll make you love lilac

But I get it, purple (pre-Bridgerton especially), was a bit of a hard ask to introduce into your interiors. Outside, I have major Wisteria hysteria. And, lavender looks broad in the garden or spun into a wreath on my run door, but it can be a difficult hue to use inside your home. Except, the good thing about colorful decor items is that you can layer as many (or as few) pieces as you're comfy with.
Remember, there are loads of different shades of purple, so whether you treasure playing with plum, having a mauve, or living it up with lilac, please please please don't think of this as grandma's go-to palette. In fact, we've got a whole guide on how to decorate with lilac for you to browse afterward.
